Replenishment of Sigils for Guild Hall Purchase.

I've been looking to change my Guild's hall for some time now. However, due to the introduction of Guild Wars 2 and the disappearance of Guild Wars' main playerbase, Sigil Tokens are extremely rare and over inflated in the current player market.
I wish to make a simple request: may a small replenishment of Sigil Tokens be made to help balance the current market, what there is of it, to allow Guilds that are still active some customisation of their Guild Hall?
