Low Level Arenas

For the last few years the fantastic low level arena locations have all been deserted. Every now and then a few people visit them, see they're empty and then leave again. The reason for this is that there is no real incentive for people to take part in low level PvP aside that it's fun. It takes more effort than higher level PvP as you have to keep on rerolling PvE characters to take part in it after they've leveled out, but the fact that it's low level and has no elites brings in a whole new style of play and different line of builds to it. It's great fun to do when there is a good community in there.

My suggestion is to try and re-populate the low level arenas, including: Sunspear Arena, Ascalon Arena, Shing Jea Arena and Shiverpeak Arena.

Different ways to achieve this would be:

• Increase the incentive, give more Balthazar faction for victories, and kills in the arenas
• Have an event for it, bring those arenas to peoples attention, when they knew they're there some surely will stay with it
• Introduce a title track for the lower arenas
• Make it so that you don't gain experience in low level PvP (This way you don't have to remake a character due to leveling too high for the arena)
