Loading Hero Template

When we display template from heroes, it opens a template window.
- Currently : If we change the string template and press Load, the template will be loaded in player skill bar.
- Change to : Template to be loaded to the currently displayed character (hero).
Do this for skill templates, and per extension for PvP equipment templates.
