Already purchased costumes transfered to our new Guild Wars 2 accounts

In the original Guild Wars MORPG we, the players, were able to purchase various costumes from either the In-Game Store or by visiting the Guild Wars homepage (www.guildwars.com). I believe I am also speaking for everyone else when I suggest that all of our costumes purchased for the first Guild Wars MORPG should automatically be transfered to our new Guild Wars 2 accounts free of charge due to our prior purchasing of said costumes.
