Mesmer - lack of imagination. Here I give some inspiration to mesmer.

I think there could be a lot better mesmer.

So I suggest some imaginations with some examples. (They can be balanced with some conditions and durations. Dev team will adjust it.)

1. Replacement

Not only replace position of target and caster(or illusion) but also
their appearance.
Both side of ally do not notice it before replaced two are damaged or attacking.

Canceling replacement(Chain). 
Go back to their original position and appearnace.

2. Counter heal.

target enemy -> target enemy's healing spell burns target itself instead of healling.
target ally  -> target ally's healing spell heals +20% more.

Counter condition(Chain).
target enemy -> target enemy's (if don't have, the next)boon changes to random condition 
target ally  -> target ally's (if don't have, the next)condition changes to random boon.
