In my opinion the guild interface (window) that we have in GW1 is totally "old fashioned" so to speak. It has some good features but still very limited. I will suggest now some of the features I would like to see in gw2:

  • WINDOW: Guild name, tag, level, level bar
  • TAB 1: "Roster" it will feature character names, gender (male / female), race, level, last log in, guild position (leader, officer, member, etc), contribution
  • TAB 2: "Skills" it will feature a collection of 10 passive buff skills that will be available to all guild members once unlocked + the requirements (contributions) for unlocking them; there can be different restriction for using these skills in PvP or PvE.
  • TAB 3: "Alliance" it will feature the roster of guilds that form an alliance (except the current guild)with their names, tags, level, level bar ; clicking a guild name will scroll down a Roster window of that guild which will show character names, gender (male / female), race, level, last log in, guild position (leader, officer, member, etc)
  • TAB 4: "Daily Quest" a daily random quest (PvE or PvP) that all guild members can do alone or in party and the reward they get is experience and money but they also they raise guild's level. (every guild in an alliance have the same daily quests; the guilds levels add to the Alliance level)- these levels may be a requirement for the Skills contributions too, the higher the alliance level, the more guilds can be added to alliance. The higher the guild level the more members can be added.
