Feedback:User/Felix Omni/Alliance Battles map change

The map on which Alliance Battles take place is determined by the ratio of wins to losses that each side has had for the past 2 or 3 hours, I forget which. There is also a sneaky mechanic I call the "momentum bonus" which makes it possible to push deeper into one side's territory even when the advancing side hasn't won a majority of matches. The idea behind this is that you push into an opponent's territory until they start winning a vast majority of the matches, when it moves back. For whatever reason, this hasn't worked well in the last year or so. The Alliance Battle map remains at Ancestral Lands virtually all of the time, occasionally slipping to Grenz Frontier only to be pushed back at the next map change. This is a) not fair for Luxons, who aren't winning a majority of the matches but are still at a disadvantage thanks to Mr. Momentum, and b) boring and stagnant for everyone involved.

My suggestion, then: eliminate the momentum bonus. If one side wins 51% or more of the matches, they advance toward/into the opponent's territory. If both sides win exactly 50%, then the defending side advances, except at Saltspray Beach where it just stays at Saltspray Beach. This will keep the map changing at every interval, except when sides really are losing the majority of matches in their "deep" territory.

If the momentum bonus mechanic is just something I misremembered from an ancient dev talk, then simply reset the map to Saltspray Beach every day at noon.
