Costume Armor![edit]
Armor is always customized for a player and cannot be worn by any other person. Fact. But I think players should be able to buy someone else's armor, take it to the Costume Maker and make it into a Costume (e.g: If you got some Elite Kurzick Armor off a Warrior you could take it to Khrysten [Costume Maker] and ask him to make it into a costume. This will then become 2 Armor Pieces (Elite Kurzick Helm and Elite Kurzick Body Armor) and it can be worn as a costume (No armor rating).).
