Brawling headbutt & Low blow

Has anyone used brawling headbutt followed by low blow successfully? Even with stonefist insignias & "for great justice". You have to build some adreneline between the skills & have a .75 sec cast time for low blow. If you use a sword? Maybe because of the faster attack speed.
