Only used by minion masters. No monk can ever put this to good use, simply because it requires your target to die to give the party a minimal amount of healing.

Suggestion: 10 0.75¾ 15 Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, target other ally and all nearby allies are enchanted with Dwayna's Sorrow. Whenever one of these allies takes over 80 damage from a single spell or attack, all allies enchanted with Dwayna's Sorrow gain 5...45...55 health and Dwayna's Sorrow ends on that ally.

Might need tweaking to be balanced.
