Very underused because of the fact that a decent monk can [usually] manage energy well, it uses up your elite slot, and it makes your skills heal for less. Plus, it's a maintained enchantment.

Suggestion: 5 1 30 Elite Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, your Healing Prayers spells have 120...224...250% the divine favor bonus and cost 0...1...1 less energy.

This makes it like a pre-nerf Smiter's Boon for healing prayers, while providing a little energy management.

This one definitely needs tweaking before I can call it done.
