This is a suggestion to add an additional mode to PvE called "Vanquished Mode". This mode allows players to enter explorable areas with no monsters spawning, as if they had just vanquished the area and not yet rezoned. Vanquished Mode is purely an aesthetic reward for players who vanquish areas. All players in the party must have vanquished an area in order for the party to zone.
This mode is mainly for people who enjoy admiring the beautiful scenery in Guild Wars. Often, one of the best things about vanquishing is being able to walk through a zone in peace while enjoying the sights. Another benefit is having a chance to map the area for Cartographer on another occasion. It is frustrating when vanquishing that one feels forced to scrape the edges of the map because "it's the best time to do it". If you've vanquished an area, you deserve to have it mapped out. Why should players who took the time to clear an entire zone of enemies have only one chance to map the zone in peace?
Questing is disabled while in vanquished mode.
Vanquished Mode can only be activated in an outpost, so you are limited to areas that are connected to outposts or to another vanquished area.
