Pretty self explanatory. I think that the Ranger class should be able to use rifles. When rifles were first invented, hunting was one of there primary uses. Suggestions for possible attack skills:

Sniper shot: similar to longbow skill, more damage at long range

Fling shot: Interrupt, fast activating

Hunters shot: Bleed and cripple
