Similar to challenge missions introduced from factions, a Dynamic Challenge Boss would be a boss that gets harder and a randomized skillset every time it is defeated, inevitably becoming the hardest boss in the game over time. It would be unrelated to any quest chain, event triggered, and spawned nowhere near a map travel destination, so it could not conceivably be farmed or met with prearranged players. This would allow for an interesting sitation every time it is seen, and would usually result in most players simply running in terror, which is pretty fun as long as it is a rare occurance. It is a bit dissapointing that in Guild Wars there are never any "Epic" one of a kind battles that aren't inevitably farmed to death, and having one that most of the time cannot be defeated with the given players at the area would certainly liven up the game.
