I agree with the suggestions on the same topic here: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Feedback:User/Kayeferr/War_in_Kryta_Level_Imbalance

I must add that some WiK content is accessible to 8 man teams with lvl 15 henchmen, and as a consequence those are significantly easier for a non-hardcore player to H/H than those missions that can only be done with 6 man teams with lvl 10 or 12 henchmen.

I have communicated with Anet support about the issue, and it was stated that because WiK requires completion of Prophecies and Eye of the North, WiK was created as a challenge to "even the most hardcore players". That implies Anet thinks either that most people who have completed Prophecies and Eye of the North are hardcore players, or that many players who have completed Prophecies and Eye of the North (but who are not hardcore players) do not need, want or deserve access to much of the WiK content. I think it is not true that most people who have completed Prophecies and Eye of the North are hardcore players. It seems obvious that content designed to be a challenge to "the most hardcore players" is in practice not accessible to the majority of players, and i find it hard to believe that is Anet's intention. A solution would be to level the henchmen in accordance with the level of the foes, much in the same way as is done for Hard Mode. If WiK Hard Mode is not hard enough for the most hardcore players, then maybe having NM and HM is not enough, and there should be more tiers in difficulty.
