When looking at Cross Profession combos I was surprised that the ranger had so few. One relies on a heal skill (Healing Spring), one relies on a specific pet (Murrelow) and the last relies on the Warhorn. Of course I'd like to see a few more available and this is what I came up with so far:

Preperation:

"Tyrian" Fire - dig a shallow, interactable hole to contain lit oil that you and allies can apply to weapons and cause burning damage with the next 3-5 attacks. This can dissipate over time or get kicked out. (Since Bonfire only applies to projectiles).

Static Attack - rub your cat the wrong way to electrically charge your next 3 attacks. (yeah I'm tired but I'm adding it because it's fun) Any projectiles passing over said cat adds additional (5%) lightning damage.

Trap:

Smoke Trap - create a smoking trap that blinds and stuns or immobilizes foes, cloaking projectiles that pass through - these cannot be blocked.

Viper's Nest - set a trap that poisons foes, emits a poison cloud that adds poison to any projectiles passing through (just so the pet isn't the only way for a ranger to have a poison combo...although if I can think of a way for the old Apply Poison to affect allies I'll add it)

Hot Foot - leave hot coals in target area that causes burning damage, blinding and damaging foes on impact. (or does Flame trap already accomplish this?)

Thoughts or suggestions?

OT: How is it that Rangers can't move when camoflauged? Yes I can see limiting their movement, but only if they step on a twig while in earshot of the enemy (15% chance to flank your enemy).
