With the banning of heroes from the PvP games, there is no real possibility for PvE players to acquire Balthazar Factions without playing PvP. Thus there is no real possibility to unlock skills for heroes to design builds. My suggestion is either to allow heroes in Zaishen Challenge, giving back the daily limit with 2000 points for PvE players, or design some sort of mechanism / mini game / ... for being able to slowly unlock skills for the heroes. Currently the remaining possibility to PvE players is only to buy the skills, which (discounting that is costs huge amount of money) costs huge amount of skill points thus making significant disadvantage for PvE players over PvP players.
- The whole point of the zaishen challange and zaishen elite is to simulate PVP. These 2 combat missions are not real PVP, but where you fight against computer AI instead of
- real players. So when the software developers try to fix the other problem of removing the option of heros selection while in guild hall for GVG, I (think) they
- accidentally wrote a loop program that eliminated heros select option in all PVP (since the zaishen challange & zaishen elite is considered PVP in the game mechanics,
- even tho it really is not PVP). After this update there is no way for PVE characters to earn Balthazar faction points nor the other items mentioned above by Hijaszu unless
- you do other PVP. One way to fix this is write a few line of code to allow heros in zaishen challange and zaishen elite.--65.2.49.32 12:05, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
Meanwhile I remembered that there are hero skill trainers, where you can buy skill for heroes from hero skill points. The problem with this that this solution is disregarded, factions and prophecies skills cannot be taught to heroes, and also not all skills can be taught from nightfall and eye of the north. -- Hijaszu 19:22, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
