Unlocking Heroes for PvP Characters is Useless

With the banning of heroes from the PvP games, Priest of Balthazar offers a useless function for unlocking heroes for certain amount of Balthazar Faction. The unlocked heroes will be useless for a PvP character since no heroes can enter into PvP.
