Skills should have varying accuracy (projection is not always on the intended spot) and damage variance (range of damage strength). It should damage all creatures and possibly the environment too (for whatever reason), but incur less damage to other players to help prevent friendly fire abuse. Maybe other measures can be taken too like reflective damage and or experience point reduction or something of that sort. All this is to increase realism and difficulty. Lets refine skills some more. That's all for now.
