Remove the "no damage to creatures above 90% health" caveat from Edge of Extinction. EoE was, for years, one of the coolest and most influential skills in the game. There were a few goofy gimmicks with it, like edge bombs where seven people had 105 health and one jerkoff had this thing, but all in all those silly builds were worth putting up with for EoE.

In the skill update notes on the GuildWars.com archive, no reason is given for this change. The metagame has been changed so much over the past years that reverting it wouldn't upset things too much, while returning it to its original, more flavorful and more interesting effect on play.
