I'd like to suggest PvE skill tomes (e.g. an Asuran skill tome) that would be a HM drop in the respective areas (e.g. Asuran territory) or available via Zaishen-coin rewards (as per existing tomes), and tradeable with other players.

This would be useful to make PvE-only skills available to my many characters, without repeating all the quest chains/story arcs for every PvE skill that I would like on each character.

The skills would still scale with the relevant title rank, so it wouldn't remove the incentive to increase ranks, but it would make PvE skills available earlier.
