I believe that the Commander Monument should remain in the Hall Of Monuments of the players who have already achieved it. I also believe that the Commander Monument should be removed from the Hall Of Monuments of the players who can no longer achieve it. Some players are trying to max their Hall Of Monuments, but cannot because of the Commander Monument. Does anyone agree with this? Thank you very much for your time.
