Imperial Faction conversion to Kurzick/Luxon points

It would be nice if Hei Tsu converted all imperial faction points to Kurzick or Luxon points with the maximum limit.
It can avoid a points waste because, for example, if I convert 120.000 Imperial points into a 60.000 Kurzick limit, 60.000 will be wasted.
The same system can be used with Batlhazar faction.
