More motivation needed for buying keep waypoints

There is the possibility to upgrade a claimed keep with a waypoint towards which other players can teleport to.

Currently the only motivation for a guild to upgrade/build a waypoint is the faster access for other players. Imho there should also be some sort of reward for the guild in order to invest into a waypoint:

- some very small copper or kharma fees when players use the teleport which then counts towards the guilds-bank/influence.
