In PvP, there are so many hot-headed people, it isn't even funny. I can't win without someone insulting someone on my team, and when I defend them, I get spammed behind "Offline" or "Do not Disturb" with an array of curses, racial epithets, and the works of bringing my mother into a group of sexual fantasies enacted by the one insulting me, all simply because I stood up for my teammate. I'd like to report this person, but they're in a new district, town, etc, by the time I type /report, and I can't get the offender. My suggestion is simple: Somehow, make it to where you can report through different districts, towns, etc in order to report the more elusive offenders. As most account buyers/sellers switch districts within 10 seconds of their message, thus outsmarting the current system.
