I believe that "a" PvP system for Guild Wars 2 would be where, in certain zones (Such as the Sulfurous Wastes in Elona, the Crystal Desert in Tyria, or the Mountains never went to in Cantha) you would be able to fight with people, and if you killed them, take certain amounts of their items, which they could choose 5 which they could keep. I believe this would be a working system for the open world of GW 2, as it would not take an extra instance, and would fill out areas in which there would be no, or low use. I also think that you should be able to bi-pass this feature if they were doing a certain quest inside of the area, or if they were below a certain level they could toggle it.

I suggest that, in these areas, people may build their own guild halls, expand them, fortify them, and establish portals from the interior of the guild hall to the normal, civilized areas that are to the contrary of the PvP zones. Also, among this feature of guild halls in the PvP zones, I suggest that you may destroy the guild halls, take materials, money, etc from the ruins.

Let's face it--Nobody likes their gameplay to be controlled. Sure, it's awesome to have 8v8 matches in the mists, or 10v10, but what does that stand for in the end? Nothing. Sometimes you want freedom, maybe sometimes people just want to play the game and kill whatever person comes in their way, because there is no "Gimmick Build" in the Wasteland (AkA PvP Zone), there is no predictability. There's just pure, unadulterated freedom and power. This is not only fun, as I have played in this system in other games, but simple! All you have to do is make players drop items like monsters while in a location. Please, I am begging of you, put this in the video game. It is the greatest system EVER!
