I would like to suggest a change in mechanics for the NPC Katharine in Leviathan Pits. Currently it seems that she is capable of distributing only one Incubator Kit per player that brings her the appropriate materials. This is effective in its goal of ensuring only one Black Moa Chick per character, but I think it would be more effective if she would no longer give you an Incubator Kit once you have already completed one. Back in the day, before the wonderful Hall of Monuments update, I picked up an Incubator Kit and eventually deleted it before completion. Now that I have a reason to follow through with completing the Incubator Kit, I am unable to craft another because of Katharine's mechanics.
