My suggestion to the game is to have a Return of Previous Festival Hats. Think of it, not everyone had Guild Wars when it first came out, thus not enabling those players to not be able to get the old festival hats. Yes, I realise this may be some sort of "status quot" for some players having older hats/masks than others, however I think it is a reasonable suggestion to ask that maybe either once every 2 or so years there be a repeat of the prior festivals where we can get the hats/masks again from that particular event.
There could possibly be a quest involved in getting and retrieving the old hats/masks back and also for a price and materials, or they could be bought from the in-game store, however, I for one would like to see a return of some of those "oldies but goodies".
