Feedback:User/Lacky/Upgrade Component Crafter

With automation being the exception to the rule in regards to new content, my suggestion is to help implement automation in regards to player upgrades. My suggestion is to add an Upgrade Component Crafter/Trader NPC service into the game who creates/sells upgrade components, primarily focussing on prefix/suffix & inscription weapon components, as there is already a Rune Trader who sells prefix/suffix components for armour (insignias/runes). The way I am suggesting to implement this is to either have it similar to how the current Rune Trader already works, where upgrade components can be purchased via gold, or, as a crafter similar to other ones already in game (such as the Consumables Crafter, Zaishen Coin Crafters, etc.) where they can be bought by trading other items to the crafter for the upgrade component. I would suggest making the available items that can be crafted/traded all be of max value (i.e.: 20% chance, +30 health, +7 armour, etc.). This would help to automate players wanting to upgrade their weapons & equipment. Currently, a player must go out and ether find a weapon with the particular upgrade component they're after from loot as a drop and salvage that item, or trade another player who already has what they're after. This would make things a lot simpler and easier for everyone involved.
