New Dungeon, New Content vs Costumes

We got 6 costumes, and few new updates, we are grateful for these. We know, you going to release new wedding, and wintersday costumes, but we would like a little bit more. We know you need money to keep alive GW but we would like little bit more not only costumes.
My idea is, last Halloween we recognized the Mausoleum during a quest. This place would be a dungeon, but different from others. This is like UW or FOW start at a god's statue, and the reward new armor (like in GW2 u got collector item and u can change for armor piece (hat chest etc.)). That would be great, u got money for costumes and we got playable content and NEW ARMOR not only comstumes!!!
The time has come we need a free costume for quest not for money in game-store. TY ;)
