Implement a "cool down" time for player to player trades and an "undo trade" option. If I trade something to someone, and notice right away that I've been scammed, I should have 15 seconds or so to click a button to undo the trade. Preventing any items from being "consumed" during the cool down period would prevent scamming by trading something and then using it fast.
