- Touch Skill. Inflicts Blindness condition (1...4...5 seconds.) Also affects foes adjacent to target foe.
- Decrease recharge to 15 seconds.
- NPCs will now only use this skill defensively.
- By shortening the duration and recharge time, it will promote a more active use.
- Ranger foes should no longer rush into melee range just to throw dirt, they will use it only when under melee attack.
