Mob skills - these shouldnt be affected by scaling. All skills (or something very near that) should be avaible for mobs, because: a lack of skills in combat (that said; the opponents skills) will make mobs look very repetetive(?) while fighting in a case where its original level is a lot higher than the players. Thus using very few skills and animations. They will be more easy dealing with, since knowing (and understanding) their 1-3 skills will not take long and responding to them should be easy to any casual player. Its more than enough nerfing their stats.
Playing with others - this should be affected by scaling to a point whereas one single person could go through the game alone, and whereas two players (or more) could be playing with eachother and noticing difference doing so, but still not be killing a mob double as fast as the one playing alone (still, faster). Because: the only thing which has been confirmed to the publicy that grants teamwork any benefits (more than out-of-combat stuff like karma, or just social joy) is the skill combination. If two players (or more, again) would take care of this benefit to benefit them would force them to create their builds based on this, which could be forcing players playing a build, or playstyle, they most certainly dont want to.
