Decrease cast time to 1[edit]
Invoke Lightning is AOE, Lightning Hammer is too expensive and is basically going to lead to un-dodge-able air spike. Orb is a projectile so it is not as easily abused as 5-6 Invoke eles. Orb could be a filler for spike-support.
The PvP version doesn't have cracked armor anyway and 15 energy is a large investment. Lightning Bolt sees use because it is 5 energy and 1 cast.
