Always show nearby names (in PvE)

It would be wonderful if we had this option in PvE explorable areas. I play protection monk, and it's very difficult to click my team mates to protect them. There are so many glowy animations going on at once, so I often click the wrong person.
The option can be turned on or off depending on user preference.
In PvP I have no problem, because I can turn on the option to show nearby names.
