I don't think that this skill needs big changes but at least the range in which it counts allies should be fixed a bit since, at it is now, in most PvP formats it's not reliable as you have to, practically, hug the other partymembers. Maybe this skill could get in the area that way it could be a quite usefull energyskill even for other primary classes like the monk. If you're concerned about it getting overpowered make it count partymembers for the energygain or look at Channeling which can provide much more energy with less effort.
