Final Notes[edit]
Neither skill was split, as neither should adversely affect PvP. Ebon Dust Aura wasn't played much outside of the Codex Arena when it functioned with ranged attack skills, and Blind Was Mingson isn't new. Similarly, Vow of Strength already existed as +5...35% unconditional damage, and currently does +5...50% conditionally. Both skills should hold some appeal in PvE due to their interaction with PvE-exclusive skills.
Earth Prayers[edit]
(All values not provided remain identical to the current skill. All scaling values are provided in 0...15 attribute format.)
- Ebon Dust Aura -10en, 3/4th cast, 20 recharge - Nearby foes become blinded for 0...5 seconds. For 20 seconds, your melee attack skills inflict Blind for 4...10 seconds while wielding an earth weapon. Nearby foes become blinded for 0...5 seconds when Ebon Dust Aura ends.
- Vow of Strength - For 20 seconds, your attacks deal 5...20% more damage to foes, and an additional 0...30% against foes not suffering from a condition.
