Party Requirement Changes for Competitive Missions

Competitive Missions in Cantha have a party requirement that, with the launch of Guild Wars 2, makes it very difficult to meet. Specifically the Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood competitive missions. These missions also allow for progress on the Cartography title making it more frustrating to not be able to access them.
My suggestion is to allow for explorable access to these areas or allow for NPCs to join the mission a la the Vizunah Square mission.
