During Character Creation, GW2 should automatically provide the player with a list of suggested names appropriate to their race and gender.
This is not merely to give the player choices but to give them a sense of the kind of gender-appropriate names each race has. Only people in the know would be able to identify the naming pattern each race uses (usually double letter for Asura, Greek and Roman inspired for Charr, Eastern European for Humans, Scandinavian for Norn, Celtic for Sylvari), and a list of names would help players realize this.
Instead of merely choosing from the list, it could provide inspiration to a stumped player with a name for their character.
It would also help keep names in the game appropriate to the world of Tyria, as opposed to having nonsensical names that break the atmosphere and setting of GW2.
