100% Area completion reward - Cheaper Waypoint travel

I think a good 100% area completion reward would be to have cheaper Waypoint costs for that area. A discount like this would encourage players to go back to help friends, travel to dungeons easily and participate in Dynamic Events that they may have missed. It could also help to make the home cities more populated and could decrease the large player population that Lions Arch currently has.
