Feedback:User/Nay the One and Only/Charr Salvage Kit Changes

I think it's time for an adjustment to the drop rates and/or acquisition of the charr salvage kits in pre-searing ascalon. As it stands the drop rate on them is extremely low...and that's putting it nicely. I know I have gone months without ever seeing a single one drop, and with people spending more and more time in pre-searing I think this needs to be adjusted. The price on them this past year has nearly doubled and yet the means to acquire gold in pre has not changed. I think adding a merchant vendor for them would remedy the problem or at least set a price ceiling, but it doesn't have to be as mundane as slapping another merchant in Ascalon City, or even adding it to the regular merchant's list of goods. Perhaps a new area, small in scale similar to the Melandru's Garden where Nick the Huntsman can be found, deep in the Northlands can be a place to find this new merchant. The Merchant can be up there far out of the way or even require a simple puzzle or conditions to be met in order to spawn him. This would add a little incentive to run the entire Northlands again past level 12 or so rather than just spam farming the bosses. The original method can still be applied to the bosses for getting the salvage kits, but the drop rate can be adjusted to allow for easier drops, thereby giving players more options for acquiring the kits, and at the same time setting a price ceiling on the item. The area I had in mind for the merchant's new home is the closed door in the topmost corner where we usually go through in the Northern Wall mission in post-searing. There is abundant land behind it that you can see that would make for some interesting new material. I welcome any and all (constructive) ideas on this.
