Hi Guild Wars 2 Team.

I have been looking at GW2 videos and have read a lot of posts the past 2 weeks and I have to say WELL DONE! the game is Awesome, I can't wait for it to be released.

My suggestion/question is: The fist 5 (weapon) skills, are they going to be the same throughout level 1 to 80. for instance, if I'm a lvl 5 Ele and I have a Staff and my friend is a true lvl 80 Ele and he has a high level Staff, will our first 5 skills be the same? (I know that the stats go up, like attack damage and things like vitality, etc. but what about the skills)

I just thought "but, what if I could" also swop (1-2 skills) in my weapon? (1 for main/off hand and up to 2 for double handed) The thing is, what would set my fiends lvl 80 Staff apart from my lvl 5 Stick (Staff) what could his do that mine can't Why should I spend thousands of gold to buy a weapon that just looks different? (+ gives more attack damage and stats)

Skills in this game is what makes this game. If I wish to play as an Ele with only staff, then I will be stuck with the same 5 skill the whole way up to lvl 80,

but what if weapons had skills slots.... (not all just the good ones. the better/rare the weapon the more slots.)

what if I could buy scrolls/runes/skills that I can bind to my weapon and swop out like the other 5 skills, making my weapon more unique, making my staff different than my friend's.

what if the staff I picked up already has a skill bound to it that one can't buy.... (rare weapon skill), will this not make that weapon more Rare, will this weapon not be something worth keeping or selling (even if its attack damage and stats are lower than my other weapons?)

what if there is a starter skill (one of the first 5) that I don't like or worse don't even use. Will this not be the best opportunity to look for a new weapon...

My final words. I feel that weapons could play a whole bigger part in GW2, than just changing the first 5 skills, and that they need more value when thinking about selling them (how many GW player bought a second game just to sell all their stuff...)

Thank you for reading my suggestion and keep up the good work.
