Well, with this Halloween, there is an accumulation of a lot of information about Mad King Thorn and his Lunatic Court as well as many questions. If in the near future, it would be possible to add a new instance, which I realize requires a lot lot of manpower, into the Mysts accessible through Lyssa during times of favor it'd make sense with the Lore. Since Lyssa seems to be partially in control of chaos and madness is associated with mesmers with skills like Lyssa's Bedlam, associating a new instance similar to FOW, DoA or UW to Lyssa who currently has no associated elite instance would make sense.
