If you link a GW2 and GW1 account, any cosmetic purchases should be inheritable across. Costumes unlocked from the GW1 store should be unlocked for the GW2 account's characters. Similarly, if the GW1 account has some special access keys, such as the nightfall collector's edition music key or the aion wings key, they should be inherited to the new game.

Being able to access the music from unlocked GW1 campaigns through an in-game jukebox would be nice too.
