Currently, you only can send skill templates from your base of saved ones via the "Load template" option. This disallows its use while in an explorable area, mission or any other instance.

The suggestion is that the player is allowed to use the "Load Template" option in instanced areas in order to be able to send your team mates builds they might be interested in.

To prevent them from actually loading said templates, the "Load" button should be greyed out.
