Some time ago the way to change your game account password was changed so that now you need an NCsoft account. For those who either don't want to fill in the data on the NCsoft page for whatever reasons or those who have forgotten access to that account there's no easy option to change it. The quick "send random password to account email" no longer exists for — seemingly — no sane reason although it was the quickest and easiest solution to get a new and rather safe password. The suggestion is now to re-install that option without removing the new ways to change it.
