Purchase keys to give to friends/family

With the addition of more virtual items in the shop, and it being the season of giving, I was rather hoping that there would be a way to give the pretty new items to friends. Furthermore, there are players who live in countries where paypal grants limited options (yes I tried putting money in someone's paypal account to buy the dress and failed due to country restrictions). So gift options?
Also, I love the town clothes. I'm hoping this will continue into GW2. Pendaran 19:30, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
