It's quite simple, really.
Less bad Halloween event equipment, very few of the one's ever created in Guild Wars one (that were free, but honestly I'd pay for this suggestion) were actually pleasant looking.
Quite frankly, more effort would be an asset, and perhaps make more than just a headpiece.
Specifically, Guild Wars 2 needs more meow.
This is a serious purchase factor, to be honest.
