I've seen them compared to Plague Doctors, big nosed monkeys, parrots, and I think the Kurzick one looks like a penis - any way you put it, these masks are fugly. I don't mind them from the side, but the front is ugly. I don't even know why one of them is elite either - gold trim and sticking your tongue out does not save it. The whole face is still crushed and awkward looking.

These two deserve a remake. The Kurzick one could be an extension of the pinstripe quality from the pants, maybe triangle shaped. Thee Luxon one could somehow incorporate Jade since that armor set is loaded with jade as it is. Maybe a more pointed, angular shape to contrast the rounded non-elite one.
