1 15 Signet. (5 seconds) Target ally's next spell costs the same energy as the last spell they cast (maximum ? energy).

Why[edit]
Once I started thinking of the word recall, I got a million ideas in my head. I got a bit carried away, but I found it fun. There are ? instead of numbers because I honestly don't know how one would balance some of them. Some remind me of what I think the Chronomancer would have been like.
Anyways, I would love to try some of these out in game to see their effects. 3 and 4 is my favorite, 3 when timed on low energy skills or when Glyph of Lesser Energy is active, it can disable quite a bit of their bar.
